BLOCKED PHONE NUMBERS

If you have added numbers to your phone list and cannot call it due to a block you
must write your family and give them the number to CTI Conversant
Technologies, Inc., in order fqr your friends/family members to make pre-paid
arrangements. They will have to have a minimum of $50.00 added to a pre-paid
account in order for you to make the call. Please do not write to the CTI officer
here at the facility to fix the problem, or your case manager, but have your family
contact CTI directly at 1-888-524-5235. Once they make arrangements for the
p-F~-paid service your family can contact you case manage-r, or send a letter to- you
indicating that the block has been removed and you can now access the numbers.
