Also, please provide all presentation materials to us, including Power-Point
presentations and videos to be used by May 1. All materials will be added to a CD-ROM
for all attendees to take back to their departments.

8:00 am Review of estimated 400 plus ADVANCED TASER
use of force reports and statistical analysis. Discussion of
tactical lessons learned, failure analysis, and overall results.
Presenters: Steve Tuttle and Hans Marrero (USMC, ret.)
from TASER International.
10:00 am ADVANCED TASER field study results of the Los
Angeles Sheriffs Department. Presenter: Lt. Mike McDermott.
11:00 am OPEN PRESENTATION SLOT
12:00 pm Working Lunch. Topic: Holstering Issues and
Solutions.
1:00 pm Extreme Conditions Testing of the ADVANCED
TASER by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Results of
testing for Cold Weather Performance, Clothing Penetration,
Flammability as well as field results and comparative testing
vs. chemical agents using volunteers given complex tasks.
Presenter: Tim Anctil, Peter Sherstan, or other (To Be
Confirmed) from RCMP.
3:00 pm ADVANCED TASER training issues and logistics -review of tactical use of M26 in corrections environment.
Presenter: Jim Halsted, Chandler, AZ PD.
4:00 pm Group Discussions of field uses and review of
videos (All persons interested in presenting data, please
confirm with Rick@ETASER.com).

Saturday, May 12:
8:00 am In-depth review of Electro-Muscular Disruption and
TASER technology: during this session we will review the
technology behind the ADVANCED TASER. Presenter: Rick
Smith, CEO, TASER International.
10:00 am Logistics of full deployment of the ADVANCED
TASER to patrol officers and review of field results at the
Albuquerque PD. Presenter: Sgt. Cornel Heitzman.
