Dear Mr. Smith
As a specialist in forensic medicine. an NRA training counselor for personal protection, a
law enforcement firearms instructor and physiologist. I have reviewed the technology and the
medical literature concerning the ADVANCED TASER M-Series. Based on my review. I believe
the technology is both safe and effective. The ADVANCED TASER provides an effective
response to a threat without the use of lethal force, avoiding not only loss of life, but post
traumatic stress syndrome and recovery. Non-Lethal Force presents a clear public relations
plus as well. After my extended study of the literature and materials, I am pleased to endorse
the ADVANCED TASER and its technology.
Thank you for your assistance in allowing me to review this product.

.,M.D.
