No charges filed in fight death

The Oklahoma County district attorney's office has declined to press charges against a northeast Oklahoma City man
in connection with the June 15 death of his nephew.
Jason Nichols, 21, died at a city hospital after fighting with family members and the police. Officers had sprayed
him with pepper spray and zapped him with a Taser, a weapon that immobilizes victims with an electrical current.
The medical examiner determined that Nichols died of head trauma suffered during a fight with his uncle,
Kevin Nichols, 41. Police went to the home after Nichols reported that his nephew was drunk and combative
